My journey has taken me from designing data-driven marketing strategies to deploying AI-powered agents that transform how companies engage with their customers. I specialise in using technology to elevate the customer experience—bringing together analytics, personalisation, and omni-channel orchestration.
My career spans 20+ years working for top-tier management consultancies (Accenture, Capgemini), marketing agencies (Integrity, RAPP/Omnicom) and automotive OEMs (General Motors, Group PSA, Stellantis).

Having lived in 4 countries across 3 continents and led AI, Digital, CX & CRM programs for several multinational organisations, I am well-versed in running global initiatives and managing cross-functional teams whilst working with stakeholders at various levels including the C-suite, board, directors and functional heads.
