I'm a transformation leader with 20+ years reinventing how brands engage their customers across marketing, sales and service. My work sits at the intersection where digital, AI, data and marketing actually meet the customer, in automotive showrooms, airline terminals, retail stores and consumer-goods categories, across 30+ markets worldwide.
What sets my record apart is that I have done all three modes. Designed the strategy as a consultant at Accenture and Capgemini. Built the platforms and data foundations as a programme lead. Owned and operated the resulting digital function, budgets, teams, vendors, commercial performance, as Director of Digital and CX at Stellantis UK. So what I design is built for what real organisations can actually run.
I have lived and worked across four countries on three continents, and operated programmes across Europe, North America, the Middle East and South Asia. That range shapes how I approach transformation in different cultural and commercial environments, and how I earn trust in rooms where a lot of consultants cannot.
